About Attendance	English (USA)
This list is used for tracking attendance at Troop, Senior, and Patrol activities. Patrol Leaders should send an Attendance Report to this email address for EVERY Troop, Patrol, or Senior activity as well as keep their own Patrol records. If the Scribe gets the attendance from you at the activity then no email to this list is needed. If there is a conflict with a Scout's attendance, the Patrol records will be used to verify. Patrol Leaders can delegate this responsibility to a Patrol Scribe, but the Patrol Leader is held responsible. If you have a Patrol Scribe, please email scoutmaster@bsatroop113.org so that their email address can be added to this list. When sending in a report, please put the date, activity name and Patrol name in the title of the email. Patrol Leaders can send, but will not receive emails from this list. The Troop or Senior Scribe should contact Patrol Leaders for any missing Attendance Reports. The Troop and Senior Scribes should compile attendance sent to this list and either enter it in Troopmaster or forward it to the Scoutmaster at scoutmaster@bsatroop113.org Please contact the Scoutmaster at scoutmaster@bsatroop113.org if you have any questions. Using Attendance
To post a message to all the list members, send email to attendance@bsatroop113.org. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Attendance
Subscribe to Attendance by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. Once confirmation is received, your request will be held for approval by the list moderator. You will be notified of the moderator's decision by email. This is also a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can always request a mail-back of your password when you edit your personal options. Once a month, your password will be emailed to you as a reminder.
