[Asm] Proposed New Senior Patrol Requirements

I would like to get input on these proposed changes to joining the Senior  
Patrol. These changes are a result of the Committee meeting:
 
    1.  Be at least 14 Years Old 
    2.  Be at least Star Rank 
    3.  Pass a Scout Skills Test on Tenderfoot through First Class  
Requirements 
    4.  Be a Patrol Leader for at least 4 months 
    5.  Scouts only transferred to Senior Patrol in September and February 
    6.  Eliminate the Transition Patrol
These changes would go into effect February 1, 2007.
