Ami,

I will convey to the committee that we will be having monthly BORs, and that you will be taking a more active role in monitoring the scouts' advancement progress.

On another note, Patti e-mailed me that Carolyn Libuser had requested a meeting with her and Erik next Tuesday regarding David L's credit for his position, and wanted me to be there as it concerned advancement.  I suggested that you should be there as well since we are both co-chairs, to which she assented.  It is possible that this meeting may not happen, as I told David that he should be communicating directly with Erik, which he (David) does not seem to want to do.  On Sunday I will check with Patti to see if this meeting is still going forward, and will let you know.
