I sent a note about the troop leadership positions.  I think they should be broken down into more manageable positions for young teenage boys to handle.

      Items to be discussed: 
       Scoutmaster report - Philmont...
       Webelos - bridging, camp Firestone 
       Spaghetti Dinner - set planning meeting date, group sales dates, shift signups now or next newsletter
       Advancement - BOR
       Emerald Bay - next payment
       Houseboat Trip - transportation fee
       Camping - reservations for rest off year, Conrad Chinnock
       CoH Hospitality - simple, just snacks?
       T-Shirts - order in March?
       Training of all adult leaders

      Please email me to be added to the agenda.
      If you are on the agenda and cannot attend, contact me with needed information.
