[Committee] committee meeting

I will try to attend the meeting, but next weekend is pretty full already.  Just in case I can't make it, here's the Emerald Bay scoop:

The second payment -- $170 per Scout, $25 for Brad and Carolyn -- is due to the Scout Council by April 1 or thereabouts.  I will soon send out a "heads up" to all the families about that, and to remind them to start making doctors' appointments if needed.  (Any scout who relied on the same medical form for two years already will need a new one, with a new doctor's appointment, this time.)

Right now, Quinton Kite is the only person on our waiting list.  Going on recent experience, we could probably take a couple more names for the waiting list, since 2 or 3 boys usually find it necessary to drop off before camp.

That's all.  Again, I hope to see you all next Sunday, but in case I'm not there, you know all there is to know.
