[Eagleprojects] Jonathan Diamond's Latest Proposal

This is a great project with a clear benefit to the community.  I think it is fine.

My only suggestion is that since there are a lot of different tasks listed, not all need to be included (i.e. if basketball lines are not painted that would not be a tragedy).
