[Eagleprojects] Eagle Project Plans For December 10th

After talking to Christopher Snyder and Michael, here is what is going  on:
 
Christopher Snyder knew that this date conflicted with the Troop Bike Ride.  
As he result, he got smart and is asking other Troops in the area (Troop 55 
and  others) to help him with his project.
 
Michael W. was unaware of the conflicts, but only needs 10 Scouts on the  
first day of his project. He will use Senior Scouts who usually do not go on the  
Bike Ride or change the date to Sunday, December 11th or another date.
 
I told Michael to go ahead and write up his project plan for approval  
signatures from me, Patti, and Ute Passey.
 
This is the first time we will have two Eagle Projects on the same day as  
well as another Troop activity. We will see how it goes, but I believe it will  
work out.
 
I hope this makes sense to everyone. Questions, comments, other things we  
forgot?
