[Eagleprojects] Jonathan's Eagle Project proposal

Hi folks,

    Erik and I had a chance to speak with Jonathan this evening and we covered the concerns about his proposed project at some length.  He has put a great deal of thought into the preparation and research for this undertaking and is aware of the issues involved.

    It seems the funding has already been pledged for the demolition and construction of the new classroom.  Jon understands that only volunteer 
hours will be counted toward the eagle project and that scouts and other youth are not allowed to use power tools.  They will, however, be used to transfer the books and then decorate the new classroom.  

    After our conversation, I am confident that Jon knows what he is getting into and is aware of the work left to be done to complete the project.  It may not be easy, but I think Jon is up to the task.
