Peter's proposal is a good one.  I agree with Peter Reich about the need to "flesh" it out some more.  How many drums is Peter planning on making as part of this project?  How does he plan to secure the wine barrels?  (There is a lot of competition from retailers and others.)  

As a point of information, while the use of scouts on the project is a nice gesture, it is by no means a requirement.  The question is not how many scouts but how many people will work on the project.  What is required is planning and supervision by Peter.  I know he's up to the task and commend him for finding a new and interesting path.
