   Have you checked with the schools? Will they let you put a collection box at the schools?   
   How are you going to get the word out about your project?  
   Is there enough time to get enough coats?  
   Are you going to be able to get enough hours to demonstrate that you gave leadership to others?  
   Are you aware that flyers at CCUSD will take about a week to get approval?
  You need to address these concerns ASAP! You can't start your project until you have Troop AND District approval. It is already too late to collect at the COH.
