[Eagleprojects] Fwd: Eagle Project Plan

I just gave it a quick read.  Project sounds fine.  He may also have problems with October 6 - 7 as that is the first date the SAT is offered in the fall. We should suggest that scouts check for those dates on College Board.com and the ACT web site. I will read more carefully tomorrow.
