This looks fine and well-worked out; I don't like to scrutinize whether the dates are appropriate because that's really just a question of how many scouts will show up and thus how many days the project will take.  I think it's a good idea and certainly a very convenient location for encouraging participation.

Attached is Duncan's Eagle Project proposal. Please reply with your comments. He is the first Scout planning to apply for a Grant from the city for his project. I already let him know that his first proposed dates conflict with the Troop's September campout.
