The idea could work, HOWEVER, you need to complete your other requirements
for Eagle first, especially your Leadership. At your Scoutmaster's
Conference, we discussed the need for you to be ASPL or SPL in order to get
Eagle. Please do not pursue working on your Eagle Project at this time. You
need to mature more before you tackle the task of your Eagle Project.

Ideas for project

Mural in 200 building for Social studies:

                        Historical figures(people) and places

                        Use Barbie's Mom and friend Robbie Canal for
sketching

                        Get paint donations

                        Get permission

                        Gather volunteers

This could be a school wide project

 

Or English :  English building:  Characters from novels or authors:

                        Louisa May Alcott, Shakespeare, Rowling, Edgar Allen
Poe, George Orwell

Thing of people and brainstorm on writers.
