[Eagleprojects] FW: eagle scout project write up

The project looks ok, but I was hoping for something a little more original.  My biggest concern: Since this the second project of its type in less than a year, will Justin be able to collect enough food to make it worthwhile?  Also, the success of this type of project depends almost entirely on the preparation that goes into it.  Is Justin ready and welling to put in the effort needed?  If so, I vote to let him proceed with our "blessing".
