[Eagleprojects] FW: eagle scout project write up

At this point I think we asked Justin to explain portions of his project and he has done this.  It is up to him to get the required approval outside of our troop - Mrs. Passey.  If he can complete the project before his 18th birthday we should support him.  Growing up is a learning process.  Hopefully he will learn that next time he has a major project he should plan more time!!
