I have gone on line and I am looking for all the written rules and
regulations/standards that the BSA has for working on an Eagle project.
Where are the written guildline? Does troop 113 have a different set of
written guideline and where might one find those? 
I am not looking for the Eagle Scout Workbook.  

Do you know who and where I get this information.
