Carole is reporting what Drake is telling her.  There is a communication breakdown between what Drake is hearing and what he is telling his mother.  Carole did say that Drake does not really know what he should be doing as a Patrol Leader.  I am not sure who should be training the patrol leaders now but if he does not know what to do he needs to be told.  I told Carole that everything is on the website.  She told me that she was not aware of that.  I can't meet this week as I am leaving Wednesday night to take Robbie to CA/NV sectionals in Mission Viejo.  You may meet with her without me.  Carole said that Drake was never told about the proposal portion.  I did tell her that Eagle projects are not usually discussed with Junior scouts as they should be completing other parts of scouting and that Eagle projects are usually discussed with the senior scouts.  Again, I am in agreement but since I was asked to speak with Drake and then got to listen to Carole I am only reporting what I was told.
