[Emeraldbay] parent meeting

Hello, parents of Emerald Bay scouts!

On Tuesday, May 3rd we'll have an IMPORTANT parent meeting at the Scout Shack.  Please arrive by 7:45 for all kinds of important details regarding camp.

In the mean time:  If your Scout went to Emerald Bay last year, PART of the medical form is still good, but OTHER PARTS will need to be done again.  Please:
    (a) make an appointment with your Scout's doctor if a
        physical (checkup) is needed... in other words, if he
        hasn't had a checkup recently.
    (b) log onto the Council website to download several                 different forms you will need for camp.  It's 
        www.bsa-la.org .

Last --- We're desperate for 2nd payments!  I called eleven families today (Easter Sunday) because I still have not received their checks.  If you are one of those families, PLEASE bring your checks to MY HOME tomorrow (Monday) so we can get our payment to the Council on time!
