Ahoy, maties!

Yikes!  Your ship hoists anchor (leaves for camp) in less than two weeks!  Are you ready yet?

One way to be ready is to make sure all your medical forms are in.  
Remember that every Scout MUST have a "Class 1" form, NEW, every year.  These are available online from the Scout Council at www.bsa-la.org .  If you have trouble downloading the form, contact me for help.  The "Class 2" forms are good for 36 months, so many of you have forms from last year that are still fine.

Also, we MUST have a photocopy of your medical insurance card, both front and back.  

Right now, I have ALL the forms from these Scouts:
