[Emeraldbay] boarding time and directions

Hello Emerald Bay Scouts -

    Just a reminder, as departure date approaches:  You need to be at the harbor no later than 11:30 AM on Sunday, August 20.  Look for Erik Mayer and Brad Feifer, who will check you in.
    
    Please bring "spending money" with you in an envelope marked with your name.  We recommend that you bring about $40, but the total is up to each family to decide.  Please bring it in $5 bills.  This makes Brad's banking job much simpler, as he will give cash to each Scout in $5 increments and keep track of "withdrawals" that way.

    Directions to San Pedro are on the Council website, www.bsa-la.org .  A slightly different version is the one I've used:
- #405 freeway south to the #110
- #110 freeway to San Pedro
- Go to the END of the freeway; turn left.
- You're on Gaffey.  Continue to 1st Street; turn left.
- Continue to the end of 1st Street; turn left.
- You're on Harbor Blvd.  Look for a pillar on your right,
    saying CATALINA.
- Turn in and park!
