[Emeraldbay] last payment

Hello Everyone!

    Hard to believe, but as the end of the school year approaches, so does the deadline for your last Emerald Bay payment.  Most folks owe $165 (if you paid $100 + $170 before)... a few are different, or already paid in full, so ask me if you are not sure.  Please pay me before school lets out, since many families then leave town and it's much more difficult to coordinate things.  [Checks should be made out to "BSA Troop 113," as usual.  Send them directly to me:  Robin Winston, 10738 Whitburn St, Culver City, CA  90230.  If your Scout has money in his account, please check with Hwee-Tin and let me know if you'll be paying less than $165.]

    Three more important items:
(a) medical forms... most people still need to send me  updates and/or fully new forms... they are available online, on our troop website, or ask me for a paper copy... you will be allowed on the ship ONLY with completed med forms
(b) last-minute information... be watching your e-mail this summer for driving directions, mailing address at camp, handy hints for the day of departure, etc...  contact me if you have questions
(c) NEW THIS YEAR... every Scout MUST bring a MESS KIT to Emerald Bay!  This will significantly reduce trash when you go for picnics or other events "out of camp area."
