Hello Families -

As you all begin to download and fill out medical forms, please remember:
    (a) Complete all the forms, including the "permission" forms -- firearms,
         treat, activity, release of minor, photo
    (b) Very, very important -- include a photocopy of the front and back of
         your Scout's medical insurance card (Kaiser, Blue Cross, etc.).

Keep those checks and med forms coming!  Thanks!
