[Emeraldbay] second payment reminder

Hello Emerald Bay Families!

The deadline is approaching quickly, friends!  If you haven't already sent me a check, it's time now for the second installment for camp.

So far, my records show that I have payment from these folks:  Andrew and Jack Maia, Alex Lin, and Michael Rummelsberg.

Your second payment is (gulp) $200.  The check should be made out to "BSA Troop 113."  You need to get it to me by March 23rd, so we can send the check for the entire troop to the Council office on time.

This is also a good time to make a doctor's appointment for your Scout, if he needs one for his medical forms.  Look on line for the medical forms --- www.bsa-la.org --- and you'll see that some parts are good for more than one year, but others need to be updated yearly.

We have three Scouts on our waiting list, so if your family's plans change and you cannot go to Emerald Bay, please notify me.  Any money you already paid will be refunded if and when someone else takes your place.
