[Emeraldbay] final payment and med forms

Hello Campers and Families!

As the end of the school year approaches, I need to remind everyone to take care of details before you (maybe) go out of town, between now and Emerald Bay in August.

The final payment, due by the end of June, is $160.  As always, please make the check to BSA Troop 113 and mail it to me:

Regarding medical forms:  Unfortunately, last year's forms have been misplaced.  So, I must request that everyone fill out a new form (available online at www.bsa-la.org) .  Our troop website should also have a hotlink to that form.  Without a complete medical form, they will not allow anyone on the boat.  You gotta have it!  You can send medical forms to me at the above address.

I will be in town until July 3.  After that, I'll be gone until July 23.  So, please do what you can to get payments and forms to me as soon as practical/possible.  I will send out a reminder about packing lists, addresses, and other miscellaneous camp info at the end of July.  And, as always, feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
