Hello Everyone -

A couple of details that I neglected to mention yesterday:

(1) Fill out all forms, including the firearms permission form, and put them all together.  (Remember, you may indicate "yes" or "no" on the firearms form, but they will ask to see it, so don't leave it out.)

(2) Very, very important:  Include a photocopy of the Scout's medical insurance card, front and back, with the medical forms.  In the unlikely event of a serious injury or illness, this will speed up and smooth out any necessary medical attention.
