[Emerald Bay] Day One

Our trip across the channel was uneventful. This year we are staying in 
Newport campsite which is the farthest campsite in camp.(We were closer 
by one campsite last year) Dinner was pasta with a meat sauce. The 
portions were small. Breakfast was french toast and sausage.Lunch was 
chicken sandwiches with watermelon.

Tonight we are having a Bar-B-Que on the beach.

I will try to email pictures after dinner. I let some of the Scouts use 
my camera and they took over 200 pictures yesterday.

Eli is doing Rugged E and is not staying with our Troop. I saw him 
going to do his swim check yesterday and carrying food to his campsite 
for dinner on Sunday. I will let you know if I have any other sightings.
