I would like to let you know that I will be traveling on international
business from Sat 6/28 - Sun 7/6/08. I will continue help you make EB
appointments with Erik before Friday 6/27/08. Then, I will try to schedule
your appointments after my return on July 6th. If you need an appointment
for Thur 7/3 or Thu 7/10, please send me an email ASAP.

Parents, Guardians & Scouts:
It's time to get your scout's medical forms completed and mailed, if you
have not done so already. The CLASS 1 Form must be new and completed within
6 months of attending camp. A CLASS 2 Form is also required for all Scouts.
If you have a completed CLASS 2 Form that is less than 3 years old, you may
use that one, otherwise you need to have it completed by your Scout's doctor
prior to going. If you are a Scout that is doing High Adventure at EB, you
must have your doctor complete a CLASS 3 Med Form completed within the past
12 months.

All Scouts and Adults going to EB must have a completed Med Form. The CLASS

Scouts need to contact Lora Chen to schedule an appointment with me to
discuss which Merit Badges they will work on at EB. Each appointment lasts
around 20 minutes. Please be prompt and be flexible in your time slot so
that I do not have two hour blocks between appointments. Available
appointment times are:
