It has come under some discussion that scouts who sell pre-sale tickets but don't work the carwash should not get full credit because other scouts are actually washing his cars. Thinking about it, this makes sense. Any scout that sells pre-sale tickets, but does not help out the full day will get 50% of the pre-sale tickets and the other 50% will be divided amonst the scouts that attend the carwash for the full day.
   
  Please remember going to Philmont is a very real commitment and will take some of your personal time. You will have to make some choices and decide what your priorities are for the next year.
   
  I will have tickets available for sale at the beginning of September.
