[Philmont 2007] Philmont info needed

Departure from Union Station should be the evening of August 4th. 

Arrival should be the evening of August 5th. 

Crews will have Orientation on August 6th. 

Crews start hiking on August 7th. 

Arrive back in Base Camp on August 17th. (10 nights on the trail)

Leave Philmont on August 18th.

Arrive Union Station morning of August 19th.

Schedule subject to change if Amtrack train schedule changes.

The information below was on the website about Philmont, I need to know the exact date we will be leaving Los Angeles and arriving in Philmont.  When will we be leaving Philmont and arriving in Los Angeles.  Can anyone supply me with that information?

"TROOP 113 will be going to Philmont in August of 2007. We will be sending two crews.  Each Crew will consist of up to 10 Scouts and 2 Adult Advisors. We will be arriving at philmont on August 6th and leaving on August 18th. With travel time, the trip should be from August 5th through 19th. The cost of the trip is $540.00 plus travel expenses. Check back later for updated expense information."
