[Philmont2007] JOSEPHO NOW CANCELED (EVERYONE READ)

I think leaving the packs in the shack next Wednesday, a week and a half before Philmont, is too far in advance, because some scouts are still shopping for items, and because they may use some of the packed items in the interim.  It should only be a few days before leaving, say Wednesday or Thursday of the following week.

Since only 4 Scouts can go, it is not worth it for JJ and I to do the activities we had planned with less than half of the Philmont Scouts so we are canceling the campout to Josepho.

There needs to be a PACK IMPOUND before leaving for Philmont. Carolyn suggests next Wednesday night. The Crew Leaders and Advisors need to discuss ASAP when to do this. ALL gear will be left at the Scout Shack in the Equipment Room until arrival at the train. EVERYONE MUST attend the Pack Impound when scheduled!

EVERYONE needs to get their Philmont Med Forms to Carolyn ASAP! No Form means no hiking at Philmont.

It is time for everyone to pull together!
