I agree with Peter. Wednesday is a little too soon to give up the packs.
   
  Just wondering, I have the next Two Thursdays listed as Philmont meetings.
   
  According to my notes from a meeting we had before school was over I have the following:
   
  Thursday July 26th Medical forms are due. Assign campers rides to the train as required.
  Bring packed backpack. I did not note if we were impounding the packs at this time.
   
  We also scheduled a meeting for Aug 2nd. The only note I have is that this would be the final meeting.
   
  I do have some concerns about leaving the backpacks in the scout shed for over a week with the ants and such.
   
  I also recall that we scheduled the meetings on Thursday so that John Orcut could attend.
   
  Are we still going to have these meetings?
