[Philmont2007] Thursday Meeting 08/02

Reminder, our last Philmont meeting is on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at the  Scout 
Shack.  At least parent must be present with their  boy.  This is our last 
meeting and it is mandatory (except  for Jason).  Final items will be covered.

    First class uniforms required on  train--  Council Policy, Philmont 
policy, National  policy
    Train etiquette
    What to bring on the train, including info. about  small duffel
    Train return times
 Spending Money and similar details
Insurance Cards and Photo ID
Group Gear check-out
Emergency Contact Info. at Philmont
Philmont Ranch final details
Pack check --anyone who did not have their check signed  off or fully checked 
last week needs to have theirs checked.  A few boys  had their packs mostly 
packed but not completely.  Please bring it for a  final check.
