Subject: [Spaghettidinner] penalty for not working?

What are the consequences for Scouts who don't work a shift at the dinner?  Is the penalty greater if both Scout and parent don't show?
   
One parent has told me that they will work, but that their Scout is unavailable the entire day.  I'm thinking I should alert her of the consequences, but wanted to check with the group first.

My understanding has been the penalty was for parents not scouts.  Is that true?  We're face with the same problem because Timothy's tournament game schedule is not ideal and he will only just make it for the last shift if all goes to time.

So I'll be interested to know too!
