Please let me know if you can drive Friday night to the location or pick up 
on Monday. I need to arrange transportation for the confirmed 18 participants.

If you are planning on providing any of the items for the trip that I asked 
for on the bottom of the handout, please let me know so that I do not purchase 
those items.

I also need A LOT of firewood and a source for snake meat.

Remind your Scouts that they MUST attend the meeting Wednesday at 7:30 PM for 
final instructions.

REMEMBER TO DROP OFF YOUR SCOUT''S DUFFLE BAG THURSDAY AT 7 PM.

PLEASE ENCOURAGE YOUR SCOUT(S) TO STUDY THE WEBSITES AND OTHER WILDERNESS 
SURVIVAL INFORMATION.
