I hope that all of the participants learned something about themselves and eachother during the weekend. I want each participant to write down for me honest feedback about what worked and what did not work on the weekend. I am already aware that some participants are upset about the surprise departure Friday night. I am also aware that some did not like the location. I am open to specific suggestions about where else to go for the weekend where there is a lot of space and where we can have fires and camp wherever we want. I also am aware that there was a lot of boredom. I am open to ideas of other activities to do on the weekend. I would also like to know what each person learned on the outing in terms of themselves, their group, and anything else you learned on the trip.
